- Journal: 3 months of unique prompts and daily self-care quotes on high-quality, sustainably sourced paper with a luxury pistachio green cloth cover, suitable for all ages. A5 (224 pages), approx. 6" x 8.5" (15.3 cm x 21.6 cm).
- Affirmation cards: Each set includes 20 self-compassion affirmation cards. Printed in the UK on luxury 270gsm sustainably sourced paper from FSC-certified forests. Card size: 85mm x 100mm.
- BareBones dominican 68% salted chocolate (20g): Ingredients include cocoa beans*, raw unrefined cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, Maldon sea salt*. (*organic). Vegan-friendly, may contain traces of milk, nuts, and gluten.
