The Give Yourself Kindness Journal

This journal has been a beautiful tool to gently reflect upon and process my emotions. As a therapist, I’m a major advocate for journaling. The thoughtful prompts provide a clear space for emotional exploration and self compassion. Not only do the prompts and messages throughout the journal take you on a peaceful journey of self reflection, but it is incredibly well made and came with a beautifully handwritten note from the seller, Rachel. You can just feel the kindness and compassion she poured into each and every page. ❤️🥰😊
