Your order will be sent the same working day (Monday - Friday) if ordered before 1pm (GMT), or the next working day if after.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders.

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order, please add your selected products to the basket and head to the checkout.

If you would like EU delivery please send us a message at rachel@giveyourselfkindness.com or via our contact form. EU delivery is possible but there will be import tax on arrival. I would hate for you not to be aware of this which is the reason to get in touch. I will be in touch as soon as possible and I still aim to despatch within 1 working day.
What is your returns policy?
Your happiness is very important.
If you receive your products and would like a refund, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Will I have to pay duties/taxes? (International orders)
Please be aware that all orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are collected by the importing country upon arrival. This is something we cannot control, but please get in touch if you have any questions and I will do everything I can to help.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! Add your gift note to the order note section at checkout or if a gift box this can also be added on the product pages.
Your message will be handwritten and included inside your package.
If your order is a gift no packing slip with pricing information will be included. 😊
Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please email rachel@giveyourselfkindness.com as soon as you've placed it and I will do my very best to help. Unfortunately, due to dispatch times, cancellation isn't always possible.
