We deliver worldwide with all orders dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm (GMT).
Do you offer free shipping?
UK orders: Enjoy free shipping on all orders.
International orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight to ensure you get the fairest rate possible.
How soon will my order be despatched?
Your order will be sent the same working day (Monday - Friday) if ordered before 1pm (GMT), or the next working day if after.
What are the UK delivery options?
We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders.
We also offer next-day delivery for £2. This option can be chosen at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver across the world with prices starting from 😊
Standard and tracked delivery options are available at the checkout.
Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order, please add your selected products to the basket and head to the checkout.

We can deliver to the EU but please be aware there will be import tax on arrival. This is something we cannot control, but please get in touch if you have any questions and I will do everything I can to help.
What is your returns policy?
Your happiness is very important.
If you receive your products and would like a refund, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Will I have to pay duties/taxes? (US orders)
Great news! For all US orders, duties and taxes are included in your delivery fee at checkout—there are no surprise costs on arrival. What you see is what you pay.
Will I have to pay duties/taxes? (International orders)
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected by your local customs authority upon arrival. These vary by country and are determined by your local government.
I am always happy to help with questions—just get in touch and I will do my best to provide guidance for your specific location.
US Orders Only: Duties are included as part of the delivery fee and there will be no further costs on arrival (it is prepaid when placing your order).

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! Add your gift note to the order note section at checkout or if a gift box this can also be added on the product pages.
Your message will be handwritten and included inside your package.
If your order is a gift no packing slip with pricing information will be included. 😊
Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please email rachel@giveyourselfkindness.com as soon as you've placed it and I will do my very best to help. Unfortunately, due to dispatch times, cancellation isn't always possible.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including all types of credit & debit cards: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and Apple Pay.
