I work in a masculine, blue collar industry where we don't talk about feelings, etc. For Mental Health Awareness month I wanted to remind everyone that it is okay to be kind to themselves in a world that they are constantly working for others. It was so nice to see genuine smiles from some of the team when they read the affirmation cards they were given.

When is Mental Health Awareness Month?
In the United States, May is observed as Mental Health Awareness Month. In the UK the equivalent focus is Mental Health Awareness Week, run by the Mental Health Foundation, which also falls in May.
If you are planning gifts around either, allow two to three weeks if you would like your company branding on the gift notes, or a few days if you would not.
When is Mental Health Awareness Week?
Mental Health Awareness Week is run by the Mental Health Foundation and falls in mid-May each year. In 2026 it ran from Monday 11 May to Sunday 17 May, on the theme “Action”. The Mental Health Foundation publishes the following year's dates on its own website.
Ordering for it? Allow two to three weeks if you would like your company branding on the gift notes, or a few days if you would not.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, you can order 1 or in bulk. There is no threshold to reach before we will take your order.
Bulk pricing is available on orders over 20 units. Email me at rachel@giveyourselfkindness.com or via the contact form with the quantity you have in mind and the date you need them by, and I will come back to you with a price. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), but it is usually much sooner.
Are you able to add my company branding?
Company branding is available on orders over 50 units. We can add your company logo, or create a bespoke design, on the outside gift note cards and on the affirmation cards themselves.
Email me at rachel@giveyourselfkindness.com or via the contact form for more details, and please allow a little extra time in your timeline for anything bespoke. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), but it is usually much sooner.
Can I send directly to the recipient?
Yes ☺️ If your order is for a single product, simply add the recipients delivery address at checkout. With all orders you can also add a free handwritten gift note - add your message to the order notes sections at checkout.
If you are wanting a bulk purchase, with multiple different delivery addresses, we can also do this. Please email rachel@giveyourselfkindness.com and I will get back to you within 24 hours (normally much sooner). Alternatively there is a contact form on our contact page.
What is your delivery policy?

Can I add a gift message to my gift box?
Yes, we would love to make your gift as extra special as possible. If you would like a gift message added, add it either to the box on the product page or as an order note (found at the checkout) and we will handwrite it and include it inside your gift.
Are your gift boxes suitable for vegans?
Apart from the pamper & affirmation gift box all our gifts are 100% vegan-friendly.
Note: the pamper & affirmation gift box is only not vegan-friendly, due to the finest quality 100% organic beeswax inside the make your own body cream kit.
Are your products suitable for both men and women?
Yes! Our products are for anyone to support their mental well-being, regardless of gender.
