• Affirmation cards: Each set includes 20 self-compassion affirmation cards. Printed in the UK on luxury 270gsm sustainably sourced paper from FSC-certified forests. Card size: 85mm x 100mm.  (As standard the Give Yourself Kindness affirmation cards set 1 will be included, if you would like a different set, add the set you would like in the order notes section at checkout)
• 'You Are Enough' charm: Pewter and stainless steel charm measuring (card measures 1.5x1.9cm).
