Beautiful therapeutic affirmation cards

I'm a therapist and I purchased these cards after a client expressed a desire to work with affirmations in therapy. After a quick look around all I could see were these sickly, toxic positivity affirmation cards on Etsy that pedal a Pollyanna approach to life, one where we must be grateful for every hardship and adversity. As a therapist, this just didn't sit right with me.
